Generally, the delivery is expected in around 3-7 working days. Please expect delays in peak periods such as the lead-up to Christmas. If in doubt please do not hesitate to contact us direct.

ButtonyMood dolls bodies are made from recycled paper and not plastic and where possible we source our materials locally. Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard.

Our fairies are made using small parts and therefore we ask that they are displayed away from babies and very small children with a tendency to put things in their mouths.

Delivery is subject to a £3.99 charge in UK.  The price increases for orders outside UK and it will be calculated on Checkout

We send our fairies and angels all over the world. Due to fluctuating postal charges, we ask that you contact us directly for current prices.

Delivery is shipped from the UK and takes 3-7 working days after placing your order. In rare circumstances, delivery make take slightly longer.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are more than happy to refund you in full. Please return the fairy as received, within 14 days, and we will refund or replace the item as requested.

It is very rare that we have complaints, or have that orders go missing in the postal system, but please do not hesitate to contact us if your parcel is taking too long after we have notified you of its shipment and we will look into the problem and advise accordingly.

We are more than happy for partial payments to be made and this can be done via Paypal Credit.
